TREATMENTS
We work in consultation with clients to provide effective treatments for physical and mental ailments. A range of clinical massage strokes are used if appropriate, otherwise compresses or other methods might be more suitable depending on the presenting condition.We use high-grade Essential Oils and Base Oils that are blended for your individual treatment. The combination of oils used result in a bespoke blend that has all the properties that you need at that time, e.g. anti-inflammatory oils for Rheumatoid Arthritis, digestive oils for Irritable Bowel Syndrome, nerve tonic oils for stress, etc.
We currently work from the Barefoot Studio in Cowbridge. The venue has light, airy rooms, on-site car parking, a waiting room and bathroom facilities.
